Link Editor Popover
Inline link create/edit popover with href input, open, and remove, driven by useLinkEditor.
Installation

Mod-k (⌘K on macOS, Ctrl+K elsewhere) opens the popover over a text selection, or for the link
under the cursor. With nothing to link, the key falls through to any other handler on the page.
Change or remove the binding through the kit:
